My goal was to reposition the business from merely selling documents to becoming a trusted, hands-on compliance partner, addressing a market gap where businesses often receive policies without crucial implementation guidance.

This fundamental service gap means businesses possess seemingly correct documentation but lack the understanding and support needed for genuine compliance.
